The die features hybrid fin geometries (Hex-cell/Wave-louver) to enhance thermal turbulence, offering brazing-ready mirror surfaces (Ra≤0.2μm) that eliminate post-processing. With cryogenically-hardened tooling ensuring over 100 million strokes durability, it is ideal for mission-critical applications: EV battery thermal stacks, marine intercoolers, and turbo oil coolers.
