The automatic extrusion production line for nylon insulating strips features high stability, high yield, and strong adaptability. Extrusion molding is a process where molten material in the mold is pressed out to form the final product with precise shapes. Insulating rubber strips are widely used in doors, windows, and curtain wall aluminum profiles.

This mold is specifically designed for customizing nylon insulation strips for doors and windows. The entire device consists of cold plates, hot plates, 45 steel templates, and synchronous gear transmission components, precisely matching batch and high-quality production needs.
The cold plate is the functional core, manufactured using high-precision wire cutting equipment. The dimensional accuracy of the mold cavity is strictly controlled within ± 0.05 millimeters. This ensures stable size deviation in mass production and avoids assembly mismatch issues.
Processed through CNC machining centers for milling and precision grinding, the surface smoothness reaches Ra1.6 μm or above. Uniform temperature control reduces the risk of adhesion and ensures a flawless strip surface after demolding.
Precision machined and quenched to reach a hardness of HRC28-32. This provides excellent wear resistance and deformation resistance, supporting high-frequency batch production of tens of thousands of pieces daily.
We select high-strength multi-layer solid wood plywood for packaging. The cases undergo high-temperature pressing and anti-corrosion treatment to ensure the safe global transportation of the mold.
