The system utilizes specialized screws to process Polyamide Nylon 66 reinforced with glass fiber for optimal plasticization. The extrusion die tools create thermal insulating strips widely used in doors, windows, and curtain wall aluminum systems across various sections.
During the process, PA66+GF pellets are dried and fed into the hopper and barrel. The rotation of the screw subjects the granular material to high pressure and heat via electric heating rings, transforming it into a thermosol. This molten nylon is then shaped through extrusion molding, followed by traction, cutting, or rolling to become the final adiabatic adhesive tape products.
