Real-Time PCR Quantitative Detection System
Real-time PCR is used for sensitive, specific detection and quantification of nucleic acid targets. This system features powerful assay design algorithms, optimized qPCR reagents, and intuitive data analysis software to harness the power of qPCR across a rich and diverse set of applications.
Application Fields:
Working Principle: The temperature step change is controlled by the semiconductor Peltier to realize PCR amplification. High-sensitivity MPPC units detect fluorescence. Program control channel switching, non-contact top excitation/detection, and coordinated X and Y axis movement achieve precise 96-well scanning.
