The compressed air in the inner layer directly forces the air cooling of the infrared thermal camera and lens. Simultaneously, compressed air is emitted through a front pinhole to form a wind curtain, suppressing flame and dust while reducing heat radiation. This equipment allows the infrared lens to extend through the furnace wall, enabling direct observation of workpiece operation, material melting, and flame shape. It is widely applicable in metallurgy, electric power, building materials, chemical industry, and machinery for heating furnaces, steam boilers, and glass melting tanks.
